At Tokens & Icons, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Working with age-old artifacts has its challenges, but it is the nuances of these materials that in fact makes our products unique. Refunds

If you ordered via our website and are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original condition and approved by a Tokens & Icons representative.

We are not able to reimburse for any shipping costs. Large items like MLB Base Stools, Wall Art & Coffee Tables are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Items in the Sale area or marked "Sale!" are Final Sale, no returns.    

Defective Item

For items that are defective, damaged in transit, or we mistakenly shipped you something you did not order please contact us at 1-877-558-7404 or email info@tokens-icons.com and we'll arrange a return and replacement including shipping.

Note: If you ordered via one of our retail partners, we will repair or replace free of charge however shipping costs are your responsibility.

Repairs

Most Tokens products do not have moving parts and should provide years of trouble-free service. That said, watches will need periodic battery replacement. Please take to your local watch shop for installation of a style 364 watch battery. For cuff links, if the closure should ever fail, please send to us and we'll repair free of charge or replace the cuff links.

Pens are crafted from wood seat and floor from historic places. When ink runs out, you can replace it with a Schmidt P8126 or P8127 short capless rollerball refill, or any “Parker style” ballpoint pen refill.
