Golfers need to manage the grass as carefully as the infield at a baseball stadium. These divot tool sets with complimenting ball markers are crafted from an MLB Authenticated Game Used Baseball from a regular season game played by your team.

The divot tool features a sterling silver bezel and a silver plated tool and the ball marker is sterling silver. They feature the unmistakable red stitching and the little scratches and scuffs that let you know they have seen game-play. The back of each item is hallmarked with your team's name. Gift boxed.

Divot tool: Measures 2-1/2" long with 7/8" diameter ball. Ball marker is 3/4".

Officially licensed by Major League Baseball, each MLB artifact is authenticated under the auspices of the MLB Authentication Program and carries a uniquely numbered hologram that allows fans to verify their item at MLB.com. MLB Authentication

The MLB Authentication Program was launched in 2001 so that memorabilia purchasers could have a comfort level that authenticated materials are in fact 100% genuine and can be referenced in an online database. It was the late 90's when Tony Gwynn happened to walk into the San Diego Padres team store and noticed fake signatures of his on items for sale.

The incident led to an FBI investigation which resulted in MLB hiring Authenticators from law enforcement in every city Major League teams play. These individuals are field-side at every game and witness balls going into the dirt, bats breaking, etc. They immediately receive a tamper-proof hologram produced by OpSec, U.S.

These same Authenticators visit Tokens facility to track and witness the game used materials going through production and place the final hologram on the finished item. This is your assurance that your purchase was made from genuine MLB game used artifacts.
