National Hockey League (NHL) Artifact Information
The NHL Teamed up with Tokens & Icons in late 2010 to bring game used cuff links, wallets, pens and bottle openers made from authentic game used artifact to their fan base. The very first product to market was a Pen turned from the 2010 Winter Classic Plexiglass at Fenway Park that Neiman Marcus offered in their Holiday Catalog.
In November 2014, Tokens debuted an online verification program in tandem with the launch of the Game Used Puck Bottle Opener. This is the first item to have the Tokens' hologram sticker and allow fans to find out more information about which season or game their artifact was used. In late 2014 and into 2015, styles that have already been in production, such as Stick Bottle Openers, Uniform Wallets, and Puck Cuff Links, will begin to be hologrammed in new production runs.
